Abstract

The development of a national corporate governance system based on
international standards in Uzbekistan signifies a commitment to improving
transparency, accountability, and investor confidence in the country's business
environment. Aligning corporate governance practices with international standards
helps create a level playing field for domestic and foreign investors, promotes
sustainable economic growth, and enhances the overall competitiveness of the business
sector.
