Abstract

Ushbu maqolada moliyaviy sektorda, xususan rivojlangan mamlakatlardagi
korporativ boshqaruv muhokama qilinadi. U barcha manfaatdor tomonlarning
manfaatlarini hisobga olgan holda mas'uliyatli va barqaror operatsiyalarni ta'minlash
uchun kompaniyalar amalga oshirishi mumkin bo'lgan bir nechta amaliyotlarni
