AID INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS A METHOD ENSURING AID EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract

According to OECD criteria, Uzbekistan is eligible for concessional financing, both grants and loans. Since 2018, public international finance became a relatively more important source of development finance to Uzbekistan. Total Official Development Assistance per capita for the period 2015-20 averaged USD 23 [1]. Taking into account growing amount and importance of foreign aid, government has focused on mechanisms of ensuring its effectiveness.
